Quick and easy stir fry with vary little oil.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Flank Stir-Fry

6 oz Flank Steak
3 cup Food You Feel Good About Stir-Fry Vegetables
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Beef Flank Stir-Fry

Mix all except beef and Veggies in bowl. Cut beef against the grain into strips. Mix beef in the bowl with the sauce you just prepared. Heat wok (use spray oil in necessary) add veggies cook till crisp. Remove veggies from wok and set aside. Cook beef in wok on medium hi till just pink in center. add veggies and cook another 2-3 minutes. Serve.
