Recipe Ingredients for Beef Enchiladas

1 lb. 80% lean ground beef
16 oz chunky salsa
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
10 corn tortillas

Recipe Directions for Beef Enchiladas

  1. Heat your oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet. After it is been browned, drain it. After it is drained, stir in 1/2 cup of the salsa and 1 cup of the cheese.

  3. Spread out 1 cup of the salsa onto the botton of a 13 by 9 inch baking dish. Put 1/4 cup of the meat with salsa and cheese (mixture) down the center of each flour tortilla. Then roll it up.

  4. Place the flour tortilla with the meat, cheese and salsa mixture in the baking dish with the seam side down. Add the remaining salsa and the cheese to the top of the tortillas.

  5. Bake the enchiladas for 20 minutes or until they are hot all the way through.
