Recipe Ingredients for Beef Enchiladas

10 tortillas (140734)
1 pound ground beef (23560)
1 cup cheese (99789)
3 cups enchilada sauce

Recipe Directions for Beef Enchiladas

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain fat. Return meat to skillet.

  2. Add 3/4 cup of the enchilada sauce and 1/2 cup of cheese (and Sazon Goya seasoning, if you have it).

  3. Fill each tortilla with meat mixture and roll up, placing seam-side down in a greased 13x9 baking dish, side-by-side.

  4. Top with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.

  5. Bake, uncovered, in a 375 degree oven until cheese is melted and bubbley, about 15-20 minutes.
