Recipe Ingredients for beef chuck roast

2 1/2 pound boneless chuck roast
2 carrots, diced
1 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
70 grams white mushrooms, sliced

Recipe Directions for beef chuck roast

  1. lay beef roast in bottom of crock pot.

  2. pour beef broth around it.

  3. top with spice mixture.

  4. add carrots.

  5. cook on low for 7 hours.

  6. add mushrooms cook for an additional hour.

  7. lots of great broth left over to use for soups or gravy.
