8 carrots, peeled and cut into large chunks
9 potatoes, cut into quarters
2 1/2 lb chuck roast
1/2 onion, diced
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Beef Chuck Roast with Carrots & Potatoes

  1. Place roast into slow cooker.

  2. Add carrots, potatoes and onion.

  3. Season with salt & pepper.

  4. Set your slow cooker to low and cook for 8 hours.
