Recipe Ingredients for Beef Chili

2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
1 4/5 g Ranch Salad Dressing
2 teaspoons McCormick's Taco Seasoning
16 oz Kidney Beans Dark Red
16 oz Pinto Beans
16 oz Whole Kernel Corn
16 oz Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies

Recipe Directions for Beef Chili

  1. Brown beef and drain fat.

  2. Reduce heat. Add taco and ranch seasonings.

  3. Add entire contents of the cans of Rotel and corn.

  4. Add pinto and kidney beans, drained.

  5. Simmer, covered, for 30-40 minutes.

  6. Serve with tortilla strips and shredded cheese, if desired.
