Recipe Ingredients for Beef Chili 2

2 1/2 lb
3 medium yellow onions
2 medium green peppers
15 1/2 ounces kidney beans
14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
8 ounces mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Beef Chili 2

  1. Brown beef in a hot wok.

  2. Drain beef in colander and pour boiling water over it.

  3. Chop coarsely the vegetables.

  4. Heat a small amount of olive oil or pam in the wok.

  5. Quick fry the onions and peppers.

  6. Add all remaining ingredients back into wok.

  7. Add any desired spices and heat through.

  8. Put all into a crock pot and let cook until done.
