Recipe Ingredients for Beef Casserole

394 grams Beef
750 mL Kallo Beef Stock Cube
397 grams Potatoes
219 grams Onions
750 grams Water
150 grams Leeks
239 grams Carrots
194 grams Parsnips
20 grams Cornflour
400 grams Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Beef Casserole

Peel and slice the parsnips, onion, leeks and carrot. Chop the potatoes. Add to a large casserole with the stock cubes and water. Chop the meat and coat with the cornflour. Add to the casserole including the excess cornflour. Add the tomatoes and cover. Place in the middle of an oven preheated to 160C (gas 3) and cook for 90 mins, stir, then cook uncovered until the meat is tender and the veg are cooked.
