Easy Beef Casserole for crock pot or clow cooker

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Casserole

500 g Lean Beef
1 can Tomato Soup
1 cup beef stock
1 cup mushrooms
1 onion
2 tspn Flour

Recipe Directions for Beef Casserole

  1. Slice onion and mushrooms put in crock pot or slow cooker

  2. Add whole can of tomato soup and 1 cup liquid beef stock

  3. Lightly flour sliced or diced beef add to crock pot or slow cooker. (Meat can be browned but will need to add oil to recipe calorie count)

  4. Slow cook on low heat 5 hours or till meat tender.

  5. Optional can add vegetables if wish.
