Recipe Ingredients for Beef Casserole

16 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
16 oz Sauerkraut
6 medium Russet Potato

Recipe Directions for Beef Casserole

  1. Peel and boil potatoes. While cooking brown ground beef.

  2. Add ground beef to bottom of a 9X13 baking dish. Cover with sauerkraut.

  3. When potatoes are done mash them and spread them over top. Bake in oven at 400 for 1.5hours or until top crusts slightly.
