Recipe Ingredients for Beef Caesar Salad

8 oz Beef, Top Sirloin
2.5 cup,+shredded+or+chopped Lettuce
1/2 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
1/2 medium raw Onion Red
2 tbsp Dressing Low Fat Caesar
1/4 cup Cheese

Recipe Directions for Beef Caesar Salad

  1. Preheat the oven broiler.

  2. Arrange meat on a medium baking sheet, and broil 8 to 12 minutes, turning once, to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (63 degrees C). Remove from heat, and cool.

  3. In a large bowl, toss cooked meat with lettuce, garbanzo beans, red onion, and Caesar salad dressing.

  4. Top with feta cheese.
