Recipe Ingredients for Beef and Cabbage soup

35 oz. Beef
24 oz. Onion
2 oz. Garlic
51 oz. Tomato
38 oz. Napa cabbage
21 oz. Cilantro

Recipe Directions for Beef and Cabbage soup

  1. Chop up everything

  2. Brown the meat and onion and garlic in a large pan

  3. cook down the tomatoes in a large pot with a little water at first to prevent scorching

  4. Put the cabbage and cilantro in a humongous crock pot

  5. Add the other stuff into the crockpot when it's cooked/meat is browned

  6. Use salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Cook on high heat in the crock pot over night or until done.
