Its a kick up from the regular cabbage soup, I just added a package of the beef stew- I cut the pieces smaller and this makes a BIG STOCK of SOUP

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Cabbage Soup

10 ounces Beef Stew meat cut into bite size pieces
1 head Cabbage
1 yellow onion, 150 g
4 stalk,+large+11"-12"+long Celery
4 7+inch+long Carrots
2 cups Tomatoes Whole Peeled
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 cups Green Bell Pepper
8 ounces Whole Kernel Corn
32 ounces Stock, 453.6 g
2 Chicken Stock Cubes
2 cup Water
1/4 teaspoon Curry Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper

Recipe Directions for Beef Cabbage Soup

  1. Cut up all veggies and meat

  2. Add everything together into a LARGE STOCK POT or POT

  3. Add water to YOUR DESIRED BROTH consistency

  4. Cook on Medium High heat for bout 1 hour to 1 hour 15 mins until the everything is to your liking-- veggies tender
