This is great. Chop the vegetables and that's the hardest part. Serve with additional vinegar to add to taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef and Cabbage Soup

3/4 pound lean ground beef
1 large onion
1 garlic clove
9 cups water
12 Beef Bouillon cubes
2 celery stalks
2 large carrots
3 bay leaves
3 cups chopped cabbage
1/2 tsp dry mustard
6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup barley

Recipe Directions for Beef and Cabbage Soup

Brown ground beef with chopped onion and garlic. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Then simmer for about 45 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the flavors are melded.
