Recipe Ingredients for Beef and Butternut Squash Stew

1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium Onions
4 tsp Garlic Cloves
32 oz Beef, Chuck, Arm Pot Roast
0.13 cup All Purpose Flour
1 glass (3.5 fl oz) Wine, Table, Red
6 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
4 cup Beef Broth

Recipe Directions for Beef and Butternut Squash Stew

in crock pot on medium heat, add onions, rosemary, garlic, thyme 2 pounds stew beef, salt and pepper to tast, olive oil, 1 butternut squash trimmed and cut into 2 inch cubes, 4 cups beef broth. In last hour, add 1 cup red wine (or marsala wine) and 2 tablespoons all purpose flour for thickening. Serve with crusty bread.
