This is a hearty broth to enjoy. With a mix of vegetables and beef that gives you an explosion of flavor!!

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Broth

1 7 0z g Beef, Tenderloin [13443] oz
2 finely chopped onions
3 sliced carrots
4 cubed potatoes
4 chopped garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp thyme
2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper
4 tbsp tomato paste
1 chopped hot pepper

Recipe Directions for Beef Broth

  1. Chop the beef in reasonable cubes and boil in water for 5-10 min

  2. Get a soup pot and heat up a good amount of oil

  3. once the oil is hot, place in the onions, garlic cloves thyme, hot peppers, carrots, tomato paste stir until all the ingredients have been covered in the paste evenly

  4. then add the salt and black pepper, the potatoes and mix well.

  5. then add the beef stir some more

  6. add three cups of water or until the water has risen 1 inch over the fried veggies and meat

  7. stir occasionally and leave on or 15 min or until the potatoes and carrots are soft
