Recipe Ingredients for Beef & broccoli stir-fry

1 tbs sunflower oil
200 g beef shins , all fat removed and sliced
1 garlic clove , sliced
7 g root ginger , shredded
56 g red chillies , shredded
4 spring onions , shredded
200 g broccoli , blanched and halved lengthways
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Beef & broccoli stir-fry

  1. Heat 1 tbsp sunflower oil in a pan or wok and stir-fry the beef for a couple of minutes. Scoop out, then add the garlic, ginger, chillies and onion and cook for 3-4 minutes.

  2. Add back the beef with the broccoli, soy and 1 tsp sesame oil. Cook for 2 minutes then serve.
