Actually made with ground turkey and broccoli & cauliflower mix. It is very good!

Recipe Ingredients for "Beef & Broccoli" stir-fry

8 oz. ground turkey
1 1/2 cups cauliflower
1 1/2 cups broccoli
1/2 pkg beef & broccoli seasoning mix

Recipe Directions for "Beef & Broccoli" stir-fry

  1. Season ground turkey with seasoned salt and pepper and shape into very small meatballs (1 in. or less).

  2. Brown meatballs in non-stick pan sprayed with Pam.

  3. Drain.

  4. Combine broccoli & cauliflower in a pan and cook until crisp-tender. (Or puncture a 16 oz. bag of frozen broccoli & cauliflower and microwave for 4.5 minutes)

  5. Mix beef & broccoli seasoning according to package directions and set aside.

  6. Spray a wok with Pam

  7. Add vegetables and meatballs.

  8. Pour in 1/2 of seasoning mix and stir until hot and mix has thickened. (reserve other half of mix for another recipe)

  9. Season with soy sauce to taste.
