Stir fried beef and broccoli slaw

Recipe Ingredients for Beef & Broccoli Slaw

1 lb lean ground beef
2 eggs
1 T sesame oil
12 oz broccoli
1 small onion

Recipe Directions for Beef & Broccoli Slaw

Brown ground beef in pan. Add onion, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, basil or other no calorie spices. Add broccoli slaw and stir friy on high until carmelized in pan, about 5 minutes. Beat eggs in a bowl and add to pan. Stir fry for 1 more minute and drizzle with sesame oil.
