Recipe Ingredients for Beef and Broccoli

0.33 tbsp Peanut Oil, Unrefined
1 tsp Ginger Root
1.5 oz Scallion
1 cup Broccoli
0.25 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
3 oz Beef, Tenderloin
1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Beef and Broccoli

  1. Saute ginger, scallions and garlic

  2. Brown beef about 2 min

  3. Add broccoli and bell peppers cook about 1 min

  4. Pour in soy sauce and stir in flour cooking until think

  5. Serve over choice of starch
