Recipe Ingredients for Beef Broccoli Lo Mein

10 ounces ounces spaghetti
3 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
8 cloves garlic, minced
12 ounces broccoli, chopped
1 large onion, sliced
1 1/2 pounds flank steak
6 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoon chile sauce

Recipe Directions for Beef Broccoli Lo Mein

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Combine pasta and sesame oil, tossing well to coat.

  2. While pasta cooks, heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ginger and garlic; saute 30 seconds. Add broccoli and onion; saute 3 minutes. Add steak, and saute 5 minutes or until done. Add pasta mixture, soy sauce, and remaining ingredients; cook 1 minute or until lo mein is thoroughly heated, stirring constantly.
