I adapted a few recipes together to make this

Recipe Ingredients for Beef & Broccoli Ginger Stir Fry

75 g mushrooms, chopped
125 g broccoli, chopped
75 g onions, chopped
1 tsp sesame oil
300 g beef sirloin, stir fry strips
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp red chili pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Beef & Broccoli Ginger Stir Fry

  1. In large skillet heat oil over medium high heat.

  2. Add garlic and beef. Fry till browned

  3. Add onions, broccoli, mushrooms. Stir

  4. Meanwhile, combine soy sauce, water, vinegar, sugar, spices in bowl. Mix well and add to pan

  5. Heat and serve with brown rice
