Beef and Broccoli Fusilli Recipe

This is my mother's beef and broccoli fusilli recipe. You can add other vegetables, such as green beans, portobello mushrooms or zucchinis. You can use other kinds of meat too. I usually cook the vegetables in a wok, but you can cook them in a pan in you don't have one. This recipe is 4 serving, 2 bigger servings for dinner and 2 smaller servings for lunch the day after.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef and Broccoli Fusilli

2 1/2 cup of fusilli
400 g of steak
1 cup of broccoli
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup red pepper
1/4 cup onions
1 cup Campbell's Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
1 1/2 tbsp Bovril beef extract

Recipe Directions for Beef and Broccoli Fusilli

  1. Boil water and cook fusillis until they are al dente.

  2. Cook your meat in a frying pan.

  3. In a wok, add a little oil and put onions for one minute.

  4. Add broccolis and cook for two minutes.

  5. Add mushrooms and red peppers.

  6. Cook a few more minutes until the vegetables are ready.

  7. Reduce heat.

  8. Add your meat and the fusillis in your wok.

  9. Add the cream of celery soup and the beef extract.

  10. Stir and serve.
