Recipe Ingredients for Beef Broccoli and Bean Casserolle

3/4 pound boneless beef sirloin
8 cups water
4 cups Beans
2 cups broccoli florets
2 oz pineapple juice
2 tbs vinegar, any flavor or plain
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 tsps splenda
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Beef Broccoli and Bean Casserolle

  1. Cut sirloin into strips and cook on medium heat until slightly pink

  2. In a large saucepan boil the water

  3. put the broccoli and beans into the water

  4. cook on high for 4 -5 minutes

  5. drain and put vegies in a casserole dish

  6. put the pineapple juice, vinegar, ginger, splenda, and black pepper in a bowl and wisk vigorously until well blended

  7. put the beef in the dish with the vegies

  8. stir

  9. pour the "dressing" over the meat and vegies and stir well

  10. serve
