Recipe Ingredients for Beef Bourguignonne

5 medium onions
1/2 lb mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
2 lb lean beef
1/4 tsp marjoram
1/4 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tbsp flour
3/4 c beef bouillon
1 1/2 c wine

Recipe Directions for Beef Bourguignonne

Cook onions and mushrooms in olive oil until tender, brown meat Sprinkle seasonings over meat, onions and mushrooms. Mix flour and bouillon and pour intil pan. Heat to boiling stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute and stir in wine. Cover and simmer until meat is tender. Serve in soup bowls and serve with French bread.
