Recipe Ingredients for Beef and Black Bean taco filling

1 lb ground beef
1 1/2 cups black beans
15 oz diced tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for Beef and Black Bean taco filling

  1. Brown and drain ground beef

  2. Lightly cook onions and garlic, add beef back to pan, add other ingredients and cook until heated through.

  3. Divide and serve in your favorite taco shells, with toppings.
