Chinese Beef and Black Bean Sauce served with Rice

Recipe Ingredients for Beef and Black Bean Sauce

1 Pack Casserole Beef Diced Lean
100 grams Blue Dragon Black Bean Sauce
1 clove Garlic
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
100 grams Mushrooms
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
5 grams Cornflour
2 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Beef and Black Bean Sauce

  1. Mix the blackbean sauce (1 table spoon) with garlic (1 clove) and poor over diced beef. Mix well and leave to marinate for 30minutes.

  2. Heat a large wok with oil and add the onion, mushrooms and pepper. Remove from Wok.

  3. Cook the beef and remove from heat.

  4. Add 1/2 cup of water to wok with cornflour (2 teaspoons), black bean sauce (1/4 cup) and soy sauce (1 tablespoon). Cook until thickened. Add the beef and vegetables back into the wok and mix. Serve with rice.
