Enchiladas with less sauce and Corn Tortillas

Recipe Ingredients for Beef & Black Bean Enchiladas

2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
3.5 serving Black Beans
12 tsp dry mix Taco Seasoning
283 grams Old El Paso Sauce Enchilada Mild
6 serving Ole Corn Tortillas (2 tortillas)
6 serving Kroger mild cheddar jack (shredded)

Recipe Directions for Beef & Black Bean Enchiladas

  1. Brown beef & heat beans

  2. Dip tortillas into sauce on plate then stuff with beef, beans, and cheese; roll and place in lightly greased 11x13 pan

  3. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese

  4. Cook in 375 degree oven 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly
