Make this chilli a vegetarian option by substituting quorn mince

Recipe Ingredients for Beef and Bean Chilli

200 g Ground Beef
1 Red pepper
1 Green pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1 Onion
2 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
400 g chopped tomatoes, tinned
420 g baked beans in tomato sauce
200 ml water

Recipe Directions for Beef and Bean Chilli

  1. Heat a large non stick pan and add the beef. Dry fry until evenly browne, breaking up the mince with a fork as it cooks

  2. Add the peppers, onion and chilli powder and stir well so the mince is evenly combined with the chilli

  3. Stir in the tomatoes and 200mL of water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 40 minutes

  4. Stir in the baked beans and cook for a further 20 minutes. Then Serve
