Recipe Ingredients for Beef Barley Stew

3 1/2 lb Top Butt Sirloin Roast
3 cups beef stock
3 carrots
4 celery stalks
1 red bell pepper
29 oz canned diced tomatoes
1/2 yellow onion
3/4 cup barley
1/4 cup lentils

Recipe Directions for Beef Barley Stew

  1. Dice all veggies

  2. Salt & pepper the roast

  3. Brown roast in a skillet and transfer to slow cooker

  4. Add all remaining ingredients

  5. Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours
