Recipe Ingredients for Beef Barley soup

303 g celery
845 g zucchini
171 g green bell pepper
209 g tomato
473 g carrots
198 g onion
459 g broccoli
1 lb ground beef
12 cups beef broth

Recipe Directions for Beef Barley soup

  1. Cut everything up into little cubes.

  2. Brown ground beef.

  3. Add diced onions.

  4. Add the rest of the vegetables except for broccoli and stir it in very well.

  5. Add Swanson beef broth

  6. then add 1/2 of barley (the computer couldn't identify barley as an ingredient)

  7. Bring it to boil, and lower the temperature.

  8. Let it simmer for 30 min, then add broccoli and bay leaves. Let me simmer until the broccoli is done. Use salt and black pepper to taste.
