Recipe Ingredients for Beef Barley Soup

1 lb beef
1 cup diced onions
1 clove garlic
9 cups water
14 1/2 oz tomato
1/2 cup Barley
2 cups diced carrots
1 cup diced celery
2 Beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Basil

Recipe Directions for Beef Barley Soup

  1. Place beef soup bone in large kettle and add water salt, pepper, and bouillon cubes and bring to a boil. Boil until meat comes off of bone, remove bone and meat. Cube meat and return to
