This soup was made with any vegs I need to use before they go bad.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef and Barley Soup

1/2 cup sweet peas
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup green pepper
30 oz low sodium beef broth
1 tbsp garlic
1 lb stew beef
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup barley
2 tbsp olive oil
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Beef and Barley Soup

Saute beef in oil until brown. Put beef and beef broth in pot bring to boil. Turn down low, cook for one hour. At vegs, barley, salt and pepper bring to boil and cook for one hour.
