Beef with barley, carrots, and mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients for Beef and Barley in the Slow Cooker

12 oz. steak cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup Quick Barley
2 1/2 cups Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup water
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups frozen carrots
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
