Recipe Ingredients for Beef Barley and Mushroom Soup

8 c. beef broth
2 c. barley
2 c. carrot
1 onion
16 oz. beef
2 c. mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Beef Barley and Mushroom Soup

Brown beef cubes and onion, sprinkle with a little garlic powder, basil (dried) and salt and pepper. Add 2 large containers of beef broth, 1 c. chopped carrot, 2 c. sliced mushrooms and 2 c. pearled barley. Cook for about 1 hour till barley is tender.
