One awesomely fantastic soup that I just made up and haven't cooked yet!

Recipe Ingredients for Beef, Barley & Cabbage Soup

2 tbs light olive oil
13 1/2 ounces top round beef
1000 grams cabbage
250 grams onion
225 grams carrot
250 grams celery
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
15 oz diced tomato
1 cup beef broth
6 oz tomato paste
4 cups water
72 1/2 oz water
1 cup green beans, frozen
1 cup quick barley

Recipe Directions for Beef, Barley & Cabbage Soup

Brown beef, cook onions, carrots and celery...add the rest of the crap and then the quick barley at the end to simmer.
