Recipe Ingredients for Beef & Asparagus

167 grams Beef, Top Sirloin
277 grams Asparagus
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 tsp Garlic
1 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Red
2 tsp Chili Sauce
1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Beef & Asparagus

Saute beef in oil till medium rare - do not cook through. Remove beef from pan & add remaining ingredients except asparagus. Cook till onions are opaque & tomatoes are cooked down and not too watery. Add asparagus & beef back into sauce mix and toss. Cook till aspargus is cooked but not soggy. Serve.
