Recipe Ingredients for Bee Rocks (Cabbage Roll)

16 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 clove Garlic
9 grams Salt, Table
1/4 tsp Lemon Pepper
900 g Bread Dough
3 serving Worcestershire Sauce

Recipe Directions for Bee Rocks (Cabbage Roll)

Thaw bread dough until pliable. In the meantime cook ground beef, onion and garlic in skillet until beef is browned. Add cabbage, seasonings and sauce. Cook until cabbage goes limp. Roll out dough to 12" circles and cut into 6 wedges. spoon meat cabbage mixutre into center and bring up sides. pinch sides close with a little flour. brush with egg or butter if desired. Makes 12 bee rocks.
