Filling on its own, fantastic with celery or a baked potato.

Recipe Ingredients for Becky's Salsa

1/3 cup cilantro, minced
1/3 cup lime juice
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup salsa
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 cup sweet corn, frozen
1 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
2 green onions, finely sliced
2 hot peppers, jalapenos minced

Recipe Directions for Becky's Salsa

  1. Make up first half of ingredients to be poured over second half.

  2. Chop, dice, mince all vegetable ingredients, mix together and pour sauce over.

  3. Let sit overnight for optimum taste so that flavors blend together.

  4. ENJOY!!!
