Recipe Ingredients for Becca's cereal

14 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup bran
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup flaxseed
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup canola oil
2 tbs cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup dried dates

Recipe Directions for Becca's cereal

  1. combine oats, bran, germ, nuts, coconut, and seeds in bowl

  2. combine honey, oil, cinn, and vanilla in bowl

  3. mix honey mixture with dry ingredients

  4. pour onto cookie sheet and bake 45 minutes at 350

  5. add dried fruit at the end.
