Recipe Ingredients for Becar paprikas

1 large zucchini
2 large tomatoes
1 1/2 large green pepper
1 1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
1 red onion
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper

Recipe Directions for Becar paprikas

Slice the onion and heat it in the pan with olive oil. Slice the vegetable add pepper and salt and put it into the pan. Cook until peppers are soft (around 15 mins) on a mild heat. Enjoy!
