4 tbsp oatmeal (not quick), multigrain
5 tbsp water, boiled and cooled
2 tsp pure maple syrup, organic grade B
135 g apple, (1 organic medium, shredded or chopped)
4 tbsp yogurt, non fat, organic
1/2 cup seasonal berries, organic

Recipe Directions for Beauty Breakfast - Lowest Calories

  1. Put oats in a bowl and pour cold water over it, add chopped hazelnuts and maple syrup.

  2. Leave for 30 minutes or longer.

  3. Add yogurt, apple and berries.

  4. This breakfast should satisfy you for at least 5 hours.
