Recipe Ingredients for The Beast

112 grams Oven Roasted Choice Top Round
1 serving Leaf Lettuce
2 oz Sauteed Onions
2 serving horsradish sauce
1 slice (1 oz) Fontina Cheese

Recipe Directions for The Beast

  1. Grill both slices of Ciabatta Bread

  2. Saute sweet red onions

  3. On one slice of Ciabatta bread place Beef & cheese then place in oven to melt cheese.

  4. Then place lettuce, tomato, & onions on top of beef a cheese

  5. On the other slice spread the horseradish sauce.

  6. Put sandwich together and enjoy.
