Fried beansprouts, tofu, & spring onion

Recipe Ingredients for Beansprouts & Tofu Stirfry

422 g bean sprouts
454 g tofu
218 g spring onion
1 tsp fish sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
3/10 cup water
1 tsp garlic
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp white pepper

Recipe Directions for Beansprouts & Tofu Stirfry

  1. Fry garlic until brown.

  2. Add Tofu until brown.

  3. Add bean sprouts for 3 minutes.

  4. Add spring onion for half minute and turn stove off.

  5. Quickly add sauces & water.
