200 g Tomato Juice
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
4 tbsp olive oil
250 g dried navy beans
1 carrot, chopped
18 g salt
1 dash (0.1g) black pepper

  2. Add all the ingredients, stir and boil until beans are soft
