Recipe Ingredients for Beans & Vegetables served over rice

14 1/2 oz Red Kidney Beans
14 1/2 oz Black Beans
14 1/2 oz Del Monte, diced Tomatoes
2 zuchinni, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 onion, diced
2 peppers, diced
6 cloves garlic
3 1/2 cups cooked brown rice

Recipe Directions for Beans & Vegetables served over rice

  1. Heat oil, add garlic, onion, and pepper and saute until tender. Add beans and tomatoes

  2. Cook Rice.

  3. Serve beans over rice.
