Recipe Ingredients for Beans & tomatoes

30 ounce black beans
29 ounces diced tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic

Recipe Directions for Beans & tomatoes

  1. Rinse and drain black beans

  2. Saute garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes

  3. Cook diced tomatoes in garlic and oil until fluid is reduced by half

  4. Add beans and cook till heated through. Serve with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
