1/2 onion
1 tomato
1 lb fresh beans
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 cup methi leaves

Recipe Directions for beans stir fry

  1. stir fry onion till brown in oil

  2. add ginger-garlic till brown

  3. add beans, cook for 5 m medium heat covered

  4. add methi, tomatoes for 10 m medium heat covered
