Recipe Ingredients for Beans & Sausage

1 3/4 cups red kidney beans
1 3/4 cups cannelini beans
2 bell peppers, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup dry red wine
14 1/2 oz. tomatoes, diced
14 1/2 oz. kielbasa

Recipe Directions for Beans & Sausage

  1. Lightly brown sausage. Slice into rounds and set aside.

  2. In the same pan, lightly sautee the peppers, onion, and garlic until tender. Stir in slow cooker along with tomatoes, beans, wine, and sausage.

  3. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
