Recipe Ingredients for Beans and Sausage

3 1/2 cups pork and beans
398 grams tomato sauce
425 grams black beans
100 grams chickpeas, mashed
2 onions, large
225 grams pork, sausage, bulk
2 tbsp brown sugar splenda
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsp chili powder
5 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp dry mustard powder

Recipe Directions for Beans and Sausage

  1. Fry sausages and pour off all fat. cut all into bite-size chunks.

  2. Fry onions. Add beans.

  3. Mix all other ingredients into the pan. Simmer for 45minutes.

  4. Eat.

  5. Freezes very well.
